Speedball Oblique Pen, Nikko G nib and Daiso Ink
First, I would like to say thanks to Pens Galore Philippines. I bought all of the stuff from their online store and I am a satisfied customer.
Now time to test. The ink I ordered arrived yesterday afternoon and it was a perfect timing because TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!

I'm still not taking a proper training in Modern Calligraphy but this is my style. The Speedball Oblique Holder is VERY ECONOMICAL! Perfect for beginner. Nikko G Nib is very cheap and very flexible, also perfect for beginner. This Daiso ink leaves marks on my fingers when I am cleaning the nib. Although it's very easy to wash with soap. This is the cheapest ink that I can found in Pens Galore Philippines. If you know a very cheap BLACK ink -- Sumi ink or Chinese ink, please leave a comment.

Art and Paper Exhibit in Glorietta Activity Center, Makati City
I went to Faber Castel booth first but I didn't find any Calligraphy pen but still I talked to them. I went to the next booth and asked if they have Calligraphy Pens and they led me to Artline.
Finally a calligraphy pen. Cheap but I tried it and it is really good... for me at least. Since I'm budgeting my money so I go for it. I bought 3 Calligraphy pens: 2 for my friend and 1 for me.
Of course! I'm looking for paper and I fell in love with IFEX booth. So many colorful papers and they have Abbey Sy's "My Lettering Progress" and Alexis Ventura's Calligraphy Pad. These are newest paper around for lettering and calligraphy and I looked up into them.
I bought 2 Calligraphy Pads by Alexis and 1 Abbey Sy's My Lettering Progress.
What I also having an urge is to try water coloring and these guys are having demo. They are sweet.

Last Update on #DoctorWho #TARDIS Cross Stitch
First of all, welcome to this another blog but this will be my official Kala Paige blog. I decided to reside this blog in blogspot because of the Feminine themes that I found LOL! I have no budget for those feminine themes for wordpress that cost $50 to $79.
So my last update was, I ran out of 907 DMC thread (bright green) which is the inner part of the tree. So I decided to go with the outer part of the tree (906 DMC thread) and the trunk of the tree.
